Activity often creates the illusion of strategy especially when businesses struggle

Most businesses struggle to generate consistent growth because the marketing behind it was never built to work together.
Marketing today often feels active. Ads are running, content is being posted, and different channels are constantly being tested. But when positioning, channels, and customer experience operate separately, growth eventually becomes difficult to sustain consistently.
Over time, this creates inconsistent enquiries, slower decision making, and growing doubt around whether marketing is actually working.
The issue is often not more marketing but understanding what needs to be prioritised and fixed, before more effort and budget are allocated into the wrong areas.
